The Abandoned Asylum

There were strange rumors about that old abandoned asylum. It was said that during its last years of operation, the doctors working there carried out special treatments on the people they were caring for. It seems that patients who had no chance of survival were killed to remove their organs for resale on parallel markets. Even after the closure of the asylum, some maintained that the facility was never really abandoned and that someone somehow continued some activity without being disturbed. These, of course, are just rumors that never got confirmed or more simply, no one ever wanted to investigate ... One evening, attracted by this aura of mystery, you decide to go and investigate. After passing the asylum's fence, you approach the building, but suddenly something knocks you unconscious. Upon awakening, you understand how you've ended up prisoners in what were the security cells of the old psychiatric hospital, and that your end will soon be marked if you don't manage to escape in time.
